Sadly we have had to take the decision that running a programme is just not possible this year. The situation in the West Bank, although rarely reported, is very difficult with food shortages and road blocks. Mainly however, the decision has been forced on us as we have been unable to secure insurance for volunteers.
Hopefully we will be able to return next summer.
Any application forms received will be kept on file.

Zak Brophy, Rashidieh
The people of Rashidiyeh astounded me with their hospitality and willingness to open up to us outsiders. Whilst spending so much of my time sitting with newly made friends (drinking copious amounts of tea) I became hugely interested in, and moved by, the history of these people and the stories they had to tell. The more I learnt about these people the more I felt a huge amount of respect and admiration for them.
